Ann Crippen is Principal and Owner of WeatherTech Consulting Group. She joined the company in 2008 as a website manager and project coordinator. Currently her role involves estimating, project management, human resource activities, financial reporting, project meetings, advertising and managing the company. Ann has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College. She is a member of NRCA and IIBEC.

Herb Sizemore, Jr. is one of our Consultants. He has over 36 years of experience in general construction and roofing. His experience includes roof condition assessment and remedial design development for commercial facilities, including daily observations for compliance specification and drawings. Herbert also assists with the field development of new roofing products for material suppliers. Herb has previously worked as a training director, national account manager, regional manager and product application specialist for several manufacturers including U.S. Intec, GAF, Carlisle, Allied Signal, Chem-Like, Metal Era, Thermo, TRI-PLY and Topcoat. In addition, he served as an advisor and as MRCA/NRCA CERTA roofing and torch safety instructor for over 20 years.

Douglas E. Mahar, RRO, CIT, is a Certified Infrared Thermographer and RRO Staff Consultant. With over 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential roofing and construction, Doug brings his practical expertise to multiple industry facets including evaluation, project management, forensics, and design and renovation. Member of IIBEC (20 yrs), IIBEC-CAC, NRCA, and CRCA

John McCaig is a Project Manager, Registered Roof Observer(RRO), Certified Asbestos Inspector, and Site Inspector. He has over 37 years of experience in all phases of commercial roofing and sheet metal contracting, inspection and consulting. His management responsibilities include ensuring efficient and cost effective project delivery for all of our clients. He has previously worked for a number of roofing and consulting firms, gaining a vast experience in Built-up Roofing (BUR), Fully Adhered System; Modified Bitumen Roof; Mechanically Attached Roofing.

Annette Wurth is our Division Manager. Annette started at WeatherTech in 2007. Her work includes project budgeting, inventory and website management, and managing work staff scheduling. Annette previously worked for ThyssenKrupp Budd as a Manager of Information Technology. She studied at the Detroit College of Business for Project Management.

Michael DePaulis started with WeatherTech in 2014 as our CAD Technician and Field Technician. His work includes estimation, document printing, roof diagrams, shop and construction drawings, core cuts, IR and roof surveying and field data intake. Michael has his Bachelor’s in Architecture Technology from Baker College of Flint, and his Associate’s in Architecture and Construction from Baker College of Auburn Hills.

Joined WTCG in 2001 as Office Manager. Assists colleagues with projects and proposals as assigned. Aids with record keeping and filing; manages travel, tracks office equipment, supplies and orders.

Geoffrey Garabedian was the president and CEO of WeatherTech from 1998 to his passing. He had over 37 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry. He was the past president of the Great Lakes Chapter of Roof Consultants Institute from 2005-2006, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Geof’s spirit lives on today through our company’s mission and our expert services.

Andrea Garabedian joined WTCG after a twenty year history in the purchasing field for automotive control panel and electrical components for Vol-Tech Controls and Inland Data Pak Products. In 1998, she with her husband Geof jointly owned WeatherTech working side by side until his passing. Andrea was the president and owner of WeatherTech until her retirement on 12/31/21.
